Returns

Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All CST Sweets products are non-returnable.

Proof of purchase is required. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Sale items are final and non-refundable.

Exchanges: Defective or damaged items may be exchanged. Email sales@cstsweets.com to arrange.

Additional non-refundable items: Gift cards

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
